Queensland Urban Utilities delivers water and wastewater services to customers in our service territory - Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley Scenic Rim and Somerset. We are the largest water retail-distribution authority in the South-East Queensland region.

Queensland Urban Utilities was established as a result of the State Government's changes to the way water is managed in South-East Queensland.
As one of Australia’s largest water retail-distributors, our team of more than 1,100 people, based right across our service territory, work hard to meet our customers’ water and wastewater needs.

Our water and sewerage charges for 2010/11 are now available on our website under Account information.

From July, customers in Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset should contact Queensland Urban Utilities for water and wastewater services information.

You can be assured that the workers in your area will be many of the same people with the same commitment to providing water and wastewater services to you; they’ll just be wearing a different uniform.
