Our commitment to you
Queensland Urban Utilities was established on 1 July 2010 as part of the Queensland Government’s water reform.
Jointly owned by Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council and Somerset Region Council, we provide water and sewerage services to more than 1.3 million residents.
We are committed to provide our customers, with the highest level of water and sewerage services. Details of our commitment are outlined in our Customer Charter and Customer Service Standards.
