Our Commitment to You
Queensland Urban Utilities was established on 1 July 2010 as part of the Queensland Government’s water reform.
Jointly owned by Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council and Somerset Region Council, we provide water and wastewater service to more than 1.3 million residents.
We are committed to provide our customers, with the highest level of water and wastewater services. Details of our commitment are outlined in our Customer Charter and Customer Service Standards.
Queensland Urban Utilities recognises that customers may need to notify us in the form of a complaint if a service, product, decision or action fails to meet their expectations or our standards. If this occurs, you can complete an online complaint form or call us on 13 26 57.
