You can access information:
- through our Publication Scheme
- by making an application under the Right to Information Act 2009
- by making an application under the Information Privacy Act 2009
Queensland Urban Utilities’ Publication Scheme
Information available through the Publications Scheme is generally provided free of charge, however we reserve our right to recover the reasonable costs of providing information where doing so notably diverts our resources and impacts on our business.
If you are unable to download a document for technical reasons, please contact our Right to Information and Information Privacy Officer.

Right to Information applications
If you would like to access information held by Queensland Urban Utilities that is not available on our website, you may wish to make an application under the Right to Information Act 2009.
Queensland Urban Utilities follows the Right to Information application process as prescribed by the Office of the Information Commissioner. Details are available at the Office of the Information Commissioner website.
Queensland Urban Utilities does not currently offer online application submissions.
Right to Information applications must be made on the prescribed form which can be downloaded here.
Right to Information applications incur a $39 application fee which must accompany your application and cannot be waived.
Depending on the complexity of your application and the resources required to assess your application, additional processing and/or access charges may apply.
Information Privacy applications
If you would like to access your personal information held by Queensland Urban Utilities, you may wish to make an application under the Information Privacy Act 2009.
Queensland Urban Utilities follows the Information Privacy application process as prescribed by the Office of the Information Commissioner. Details are available at the Office of the Information Commissioner website.
Queensland Urban Utilities does not currently offer online application submissions.
