As a company servicing more than half a million customers, we have a lot of documents and hold a lot of information. 

Many of these documents are made available through our website. However, if you need more specific information or documents from us, you can make a request through our Right to Information and Information Privacy Officer.

With the exception of formal Right to Information requests, information is provided free of charge. If a request takes considerable time to fulfill, or impacts on our business we may have to charge a fee. If a fee is applicable, we will advise you before we complete the request.

For all information requests, we follow the application process as prescribed by the Office of the Information Commissioner.

What type of information do you need?

I need a document from your website

If you are unable to download a document from our website for technical reasons, please email our Right to Information and Information Privacy Officer using our enquiry form or phone 13 26 57 (7am-7pm weekdays).

I need a corporate document that is not available on your website

If you require information in a different format or if information in our Publication Scheme is unavailable please complete an enquiry form or call 13 26 57 (7am-7pm weekdays).

I have an enquiry about my account

I need information that is not available on your website

You can make an application under the Right to Information Act 2009 by completing a Right to Information application form.  We do not currently offer online application submissions. 

An application fee of $48.00 applies which must accompany your application and cannot be waived. Payments can be made by cheque or money order.

Depending on the complexity of your application and the resources required to assess your application, additional processing and access charges may apply. We will advise you of any additional charges once we have assessed your initial application.

I need to access my personal information

You can make an application under the Information Privacy Act 2009 by completing an Information Privacy application form.  We do not currently offer online application submissions. There is no fee for making an Information Privacy application.

Depending on the complexity of your application and the resources required to assess your application, processing charges may apply. We will advise you of any additional charges once we have assessed your initial application.

I need to update or amend my personal information 

You can update or amend your personal information under the Information Privacy Act 2009 by completing an Information Privacy application form.  We do not currently offer online application submissions. There is no fee for making an Information Privacy application.
